Physical Training

What is meant by training?


Well, training is a dynamic process of learning and physical improvement, we have to be willing to acquire knowledge to generate skills and these skills are what we call goals.

As mentioned above, training is a process, so throughout the process we have several steps, and each step can be measured. Physical evaluation is made of these measures and the evaluation is the bridge for the prescription of training. No training prescribed without evaluation can be considered fit for the athlete, because it is important to have some information necessary for the training prescription to be considered reliable. We all want to have results quickly and safely, so it is necessary to know what to do, when to do and why to do?


One of the basic concepts in the prescription of training is the periodization of training, which consists of structuring a training with short, medium and long-term objectives, helping to achieve the final goal more easily, predicting the probability of stagnation and also of injuries that usually arise with the exaggerated uncontrol of training.


In addition to training, we have several other factors that make a lot of difference in physical improvement, it is very worth knowing how to use all this to our advantage.
